The senior team member assigned to the REO will have significant experience managing operations, leasing, strategic planning, construction/rehab, tenant relations, recapitalization, and disposition. Throughout the ownership period, asset managers will constantly assess strategic alternatives to enhance value and analyze appropriate disposition or joint venture scenarios. CPR senior management, using its long standing industry relationships, will present customers with multiple strategic opportunities to achieve the greatest possible returns and will negotiate on behalf of its customers to create the most suitable solutions.
