The senior team member assigned to the REO will have significant experience managing operations, leasing, strategic planning, construction/rehab, tenant relations, recapitalization, and disposition. Throughout the ownership period, asset managers will constantly assess strategic alternatives to enhance value and analyze appropriate disposition or joint venture scenarios.
